About Me

Hello, I’m Keli. I’ve been fortunate to spend the last 30 years helping incredible people like you overcome challenges and difficult circumstances to experience a more fulfilling life.

My work with victims of trauma, PTSD, child abuse, narcissistic abuse, chronic pain, addiction, relationship issues, anxiety, and depression has shown me how the most profound pain can be healed when it’s given a voice by a caring professional who is also highly trained.

I specialize in the use of CBT, DBT, IFS, attachment-centered, trauma-informed, and brain-body-based approaches for a deeper level of healing. I also provide supportive counseling for those who aren’t ready to dive too deeply.
